- 500 gram minced beef
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 1 red chili sliced
- 2 tablespoon seasame seeds
- 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup carrot sliced
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon mirin
- 2 tablespoon gochujang paste
- 2 tablespoon seasame oil
- 2 tablespoon honey

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.

In a pan or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the diced onion until translucent, then mix in the ginger and garlic.

Add the minced beef and stir-fry until browned.

Pour in the sauce mixture, chilies, chili flakes, and optional vegetables. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add most of the spring onions and stir for 3 minutes, mixing in most of the sesame seeds.

Serve in a bowl on top of jasmin rice sprinkling the remain spring onion and seasame seeds on top as a garnish.
