  • 40 g molasses
  • 8 servings olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon water

    In a medium bowl combine the dry ingredients.

    Make a well in the center and pour the olive oil and lukewarm water into the well.

    Knead the dough with your hands for 5-10 minutes.

    Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces.

    Take two pieces and stretch the dough into thin strips (about 30-35 cm long).
