- 10 oz (280g) shrimp (shelled, deveined and tail-on)
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (or parsley leaves, for garnishing)
- 3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (Rooster brand)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt

Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry, then season with salt and black pepper.

Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Pan-sear the shrimp on both sides until slightly browned. Remove from the skillet.

Clean the skillet (optional) and reheat with the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the garlic until aromatic and slightly browned. Add the shrimp, followed by the sauce, and stir to combine well. Garnish with cilantro or parsley leaves and serve immediately.
