Ingredients

  • 8 cups greens
  • 2 asian pears
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 0.5 cup gorgonzola
  • 1 cup pistachio nuts
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 shallots
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 servings kosher salt and cracked pepper

Instructions

    Prepare Vinaigrette. In a small sauce pan or skillet, heat olive oil on low.
