Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, cut into 3/4” to 1” pieces
  • 4 tsps. Rice flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup Korean Gochujang Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. cilantro or green onions
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1/8 tsp. black or white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

    Preheat the Air Fryer at 350 degrees F.

    Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and cut it into 3/4” to 1” florets.

    In a mixing bowl, add the rice flour, salt, black pepper, baking powder,and mix well.

    Add the Korean Gochujang Sauce, maple syrup water and oil and mix well again.

    Coat the cauliflower with the batter.

    Spray or brush the cauliflower with oil once again.

  7. 7

    Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the fryer.

    Air fry for 8 minutes at 350degrees F.

    Once crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, remove the florets and garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro or green onions and a slice of lime wedge. Serve with Gochujang Sauce.
