- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons laab seasoning
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3/4 cup karo syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups chex cereal
- 2 pack mama noodles, slightly crushed
- 2 cup shrimp chips
- 2 cup pork rinds, broken into smaller pieces
- 1 cup sticky rice puff
- 1 cup wasabi beans
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup beef jerky, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup dried bird's eye chili peppers

Make the Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter completely. Add the laab seasoning and toast it for about 30 seconds to bring out the aroma. Then stir in the vegetable oil, fish sauce, Karo syrup, and sugar. Whisk until fully combined. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Make the Snack Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, crushed Mama noodles, shrimp chips, pork rinds, rice puffs, wasabi peas, peanuts, beef jerky, and chili peppers. Mix well using your hands or a large spoon. Drizzle the sauce over the mixture and toss thoroughly with a spoon until everything is evenly coated.

Bake: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture out in an even layer. Bake for 75 minutes, stirring and flipping the mix every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.
