  • 1 passionfruit
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tbsp lemongrass
  • 6 oz agar agar powder
  • pink food coloring (optional)

    Prepare Dragonfruit: Set aside the leftover dragonfruit peel for later use. Cut the inside of the fruit into small cubed pieces.
