- 15 oz pork tenderloin (thinly sliced)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 5 chilies (chopped, to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 4 oz white cabbage (finely chopped)
