- 100gr melted butter
- 1 cup walnuts, crushed and toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup ripe mashed bananas (about 2-3 large ripe bananas)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350℉). Put the butter into a bowl and place it in the microwave or on steam, making sure that the butter does not boil. Set aside the melted butter until it reaches room temperature.

Toast walnuts on medium heat for 2 -3 minutes.

Peel the ripe bananas and mash them with a fork.

First pour all the dry ingredients except sugar (sifted flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda) into a bowl and whisk well then set aside.

Mix sugar and egg until creamy. Add the butter(melted and at room temperature) and mix well.

Add mashed bananas, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and mix. Mix the ingredients with a whisk or mixer for 2 minutes until thoroughly combined.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. It is better to use a whisk or spatula to mix dry and wet ingredients. Gently stir the batter until just combined.

Fold the walnuts and raisins into the mixture. Then pour the batter into the mold.
