Sweet Chili Edamame
This quick and easy Sweet Chili Edamame is perfect as an appetizer, snack, or side dish. Edamame pods are pan-fried in garlic, sweet chili sauce, then topped with toasted sesame seeds for a bit of an extra crunch.

- 4 cups water
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 pound frozen edamame pods
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Add the salt to the water, then bring the salted water to a boil in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat.

Add the frozen edamame pods to the boiling water. Boil for 4 minutes.

Drain the edamame, then rinse with cold water.

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the edamame to the pan; stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Add the garlic, then stir-fry till aromatic (about 30 seconds).
