  • 2 mangoes (I used Alphonso mangoes)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk at room temperature (I used Chaokoh Coconut Milk)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

Instructions

  1. 1

Peel the mangoes and chop the mango flesh off the seed.

  2. 2

You can melt the coconut milk by placing it in a microwave safe dish and heating it for 20 seconds or so.

  3. 3

Add the mango to a blender. Also add in the coconut flour, coconut milk, melted coconut oil, and cardamom to the blender and blend on high until all ingredients are well combined into a smooth consistency.

  4. 4

Spoon the mango custard mix into individual bowls or one large bowl and refrigerate for 6-8 hours until set.

  5. 5

Enjoy with some whipped coconut milk and pistachios or plain!
