  • 4 stalks pak choi (- washed and with the based cut/removed)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 pound beef tenderloin (- cut into strips)
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons oyster sauce

Instructions

    Boil water in a pot or deep pan. Blanch the pak choi in the boiling water just until half-cooked. Remove from water and arrange on a serving dish.

    Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the beef strips and turn heat to high. Cook while continuously stirring for 3-4 minutes or just until all sides are no longer pink.

    Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and transfer beef with sauce on top of pak choi.

    Serve with steaming hot rice.
