  • 8 squares fried tofu
  • 1/2 cup bamboo shoots
  • 4 Chinese dried mushrooms
  • 8 pieces meat, chicken, or pork
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasame oil
  • 6 cup water
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon seasame oil
  • 2 tablespoon spring onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

    Marinade the meat in the sauce for half an hour.

    Soak the dried fungus and mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes until soft.

    Cut the mushrooms, tofu, and other ingredients into bite-size pieces.

    Boil the soup mixture, add the marinade and meat, then mushrooms, fungus, tofu, and bamboo shoots.

    Beat the egg and set aside.

    Add the remaining ingredients, except for the green onion and tofu.

    Mix corn flour with water and add to the boiling mixture to help thicken.

    Slowly stir in the beaten egg, stirring in one direction only.
