- 1 Fresh Whole Pineapple, small chunks
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Red Pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper, finely chopped, seeds removed
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Fresh Lime, juiced
- 1/2 C cilantro, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Wash and pat dry fruits and vegetables with a kitchen paper towel.

Cut whole pineapple or pre-cut pineapple without core into small chunks.

Cut the rest of the ingredients (tomatoes, red onions, jalapeño peppers, cilantro and garlic) into small pieces.
