Ingredients

- 200 g rice noodles
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 5 g green onions
- 5 g ginger
- 5 g garlic
- 100 g shrimp
- 100 g cabbage
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- White sugar (adjust to taste)
- Salt (adjust to taste)

Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes and drain. The noodles should become soft afterward.

Mix the rice noodles with dark soy sauce and cooking oil. Set aside. By this time, the noodles turn slightly brown.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onions, ginger, and garlic.

Add cleaned and deveined shrimp. Cook until the shrimp becomes orange.

Add thinly sliced cabbage and stir-fry until soft.
