Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 5 cups of fresh watermelon chunks
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar or 2 packets of stevia natural sweetener
  • ½ Tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. 1

In a blender, puree the watermelon until all chunks are gone.

  2. 2

Strain the mixture if to remove any seeds.

  3. 3

Add the sweetener and lime juice. Blend again until everything is pureed well.

  4. 4

Pour mixture equally into 10 popsicle molds. Attach covers and sticks. Note: don't overfill the popsicle molds, as the mixture will expand as it freezes.

  5. 5

Freeze popsicles upright until firm, at least 3 hours or up to 2 weeks.

  6. 6

Hold each mold up to the rim under warm running water just until paletas are released from sides of molds, 5 to 15 seconds. Remove covers and pull out popsicles.

  7. 7

Eat immediately or store in freezer.
