- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. This helps them get that golden sear.

Season generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.

Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and let it get hot.

Place the steak cubes in a single layer in the skillet. Don’t overcrowd
