Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 serving fresh noodles
- dark leaf vegetable
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. chopped scallion
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp. black vinegar

In serving bowls, place garlic, scallion, chili powder, sesame seeds. Then heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil and pour the hot oil over the seasonings.

Then add light soy sauce, sesame oil, black vinegar and salt. Mix well.

Bring a large pot of water to a boiling and then cook the noodles following the instruction. At the last minute, add any vegetable you love to blanch. I use Bok Choy this time.

Scoop 1.5 cups of water for cooking the noodles and then transfer the noodles to serving bowls. Serve hot!
