Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 handful Grapes
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 handful Strawberries
  • 450 g Strawberry Yoghurt
  • Chaat Masala (for garnish)
  • Pomegranate (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1

Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

  2. 2

Peel the mango and banana, then chop them into bite-sized cubes. Core and dice the apple. Hull the strawberries and slice them evenly. If the grapes are large, cut them in half.

  3. 3

Transfer all the prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl, ensuring the pieces are roughly similar in size for even texture in each spoonful.

  4. 4

Spoon the strawberry yoghurt over the fruit and gently fold everything together until the fruit is evenly coated and well combined. Avoid overmixing, as this can break down softer fruits like banana and strawberries.

  5. 5

Lightly sprinkle chaat masala over the top according to taste.

  6. 6

Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and scatter them over the chaat just before serving for added texture and freshness. Serve immediately for best flavour and consistency.
