- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

- 4 slices Cheese

Instructions
- 1
Start by combining beef mince, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix everything together thoroughly.
- 2
Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each one into a 2cm-thick patty.
- 3
Heat a non-stick or grill pan over medium-high heat, and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until they're fully cooked through.
- 4
While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger buns by slicing them in half and toasting them lightly in the oven or under the grill.
- 5
When the patties are almost done, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty to melt.
- 6
To assemble the burgers, place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun, add your preferred toppings, and then place the top half of the bun on top.
- 7
Serve the burgers immediately with your favourite sides, such as fries or onion rings.
