  • 2 Shallots (finely chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 Eggs (beaten with salt and pepper)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (light)
  • 2 Spring Onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions

    In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and set aside.
