- 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced into strips
- 8 oz bamboo shoots, sliced into thin strips
- Salt, to taste
- 1 scallion, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- Dried red peppers (optional)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp vegetable oil

Slice pork tenderloin into thin strips.

In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil. Add pork and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Slice bamboo shoots into thin strips and chop scallions.

Heat cooking oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry 2 minutes until just browned. Remove pork, leaving oil in pan.
