Ingredients

- 1 cup Fresh mango (cut into cubes)
- 2 plump tomatoes cut into cubes (or 1 cup of cherry tomatoes slice in halves)
- 1 Jalapeño pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion chopped (red or white)
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 Habanero pepper (finely diced)

Use a sharp knife and a cutting board to carefully peel and Make a cut on each side of the pit, staying as close to the pit as possible. Then chop the mangoes flesh into cubes pieces.

Then, remove the seeds of the jalapeños and chop them into small pieces.

Chopped the red onion, tomatoes, and fresh cilantro.

Combine the mango and the rest of the chopped ingredients in a bowl. Add a handful of chopped cilantro and squeeze in the juice of one lime.

Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together and let it sit for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
