Mongolian Chicken Stir Fry
Mongolian Chicken - made with marinated sliced chicken stir fried with sliced onions and green onions in a delicious sauce. Easy to make and delicious!

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 stalk of green onion, chopped and separated
- Salt, to taste

Slice the chicken and the onions.

Combine cornstarch, rice wine, and chicken in a large bowl or zip lock bag. If you are about to cook it, let it marinade at the very least 15-30 minutes. If you are making this ahead, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking.

In a large nonstick skillet or wok, add 1 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Add chicken and stir to spread evenly. Then add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, minced garlic, and salt to taste. Stir fry everything together until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Sprinkle chopped green onions, and stir to combine.
