  • 4 boneless Chicken Breasts cut into small strips
  • 1/2 stalk Asparagus
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta
  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons parsley crushed
  • 1 teaspoon herbs of choice
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms pieces and stems
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 4 - 5 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

    Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Saute the garlic for about 2 minutes until golden brown.

    Mix half and half chicken broth, cornstarch, parsley, and herbs in a small bowl

    Add minced chicken to the pan, followed by sauteed garlic. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

    Place pasta in a large pot of boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook until tender but firm to bite (about 6 - 8 minutes)

    Add mushrooms, asparagus, and cayenne pepper to cooked chicken. Cook for about 3 minutes

    Add parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of tomato sauce to the cooked chicken. Cook for an additional 2 minutes

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta, cut into bite-size pieces, to the chicken sauce. Stir well until pasta is evenly coated with tomato sauce. Serve with asparagus and mushrooms.
