  • 0.5 cup fish sauce
  • 0.5 cup lime juice
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.25 pounds chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup tap water
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 daikon radishes
  • 6 sub rolls
  • 0.33333334 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeno

    Mix the first six ingredients in a baking dish.

    Add the chicken breasts to the dish, cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Longer is better!
