- 0.5 cup fish sauce
- 0.5 cup lime juice
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 jalapeno

- 1.25 pounds chicken breasts

- 0.25 cup rice vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper
- 2 carrots
- 2 daikon radishes
- 6 sub rolls
- 0.33333334 cup mayonnaise
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 jalapeno

Mix the first six ingredients in a baking dish.
