  • 4 pounds turkey wings (separated)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Preheat the smoker to 225F. Use desired hardwood.

    Pat dry the turkey wings with paper towels. Brush them with olive oil.

    Combine brown sugar and spices in a bowl. Season the turkey wings with the spice mix, ensuring all sides are well coated.
