  • 100 g Almonds (blanched and peeled)
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron Strands
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions

    In a blender, grind the blanched and peeled almonds into a fine powder.

    In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

    Add the ground almond powder to the milk and stir well.

    Let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add the sugar, saffron strands, and cardamom powder to the milk mixture.
