Ingredients

  • 1 block (16 oz / 450 g) silken tofu (, cubed)
  • 2 century eggs (, cubed)
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce ((or soy sauce))
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 green onion (, thinly sliced)

Instructions

    Add tofu into a big bowl. Top with eggs. Drizzle light soy sauce and sesame oil on top. Garnish with green onion.

    Serve cold as an appetizer. To enjoy the dish, use a spoon to get a mixture of everything. You can also drizzle more soy sauce or sprinkle some salt to adjust seasoning as needed.
