  • 6 granny smith apples (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

    Preheat the oven to 375 F.

    Caramel Sauce:

    Put all the ingredients of the caramel sauce in a pot over medium heat.

    Stir until the sauce is well combined and starts bubbling.

    Let the sauce cook for 3 minutes after it starts bubbling.

    Topping:

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until the dough comes together. It will be somehow sticky. That's how it should be.

    Pour half of the caramel sauce in a baking dish. (Ceramic or Pyrex will work)
