Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets ((6 ounce filets))
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Season salmon fillets with salt and place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.

    In a small bowl whisk together the hoisin sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Pour sauce over salmon.

    Bake for 15 minutes, baste once.

    Sprinkle with sliced green onions and serve with steamed rice.
