- 4 salmon fillets ((6 ounce filets))
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Season salmon fillets with salt and place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.

In a small bowl whisk together the hoisin sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Pour sauce over salmon.
