- 2 to 3 stalks of green onions
- 1 ginger (thinly sliced)
- 5 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of chicken bouillon powder (or vegetable powder)
- 50 ml of Zhenjiang vinegar
- 50 ml of light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
