Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 pound green beans, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried red chilies, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

    Bring a pot of salted water to boil.

    Meanwhile, rinse and cut the ends of each green bean.

  3. 3

    When water is boiling, blanch the green beans for 3 minutes. Drain.

    In a medium size pan, add the vegetable oil, garlic, ginger and dried chilies. Cook for a minute and add green beans.

    Toss and cook for another minute, then add soy sauce and oyster sauce.

    Toss well, add sesame oil and turn the heat off. Serve.
