  • 2 fresh croissants (regular sized)
  • 4-6 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill (chopped and divided between sandwiches)
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese (light/regular/herb cream cheese work)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (divided between sandwiches)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (divided between sandwiches)

Instructions

    Evenly slice each croissant into half. Transfer to serving plates.

    Evenly spread a thin layer of cream cheese onto the croissant halves.

    Lay two to three slices of smoked salmon into each croissant. Season the salmon with 1/8 tsp of black pepper per sandwich.

    Sprinkle fresh dill over the salmon.

    Squeeze 1/2 tsp lemon juice over the salmon in each sandwich. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of croissant and enjoy!
