- 2 fresh croissants (regular sized)
- 4-6 slices smoked salmon
- 2 sprigs fresh dill (chopped and divided between sandwiches)
- 4 tbsp cream cheese (light/regular/herb cream cheese work)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (divided between sandwiches)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (divided between sandwiches)

Evenly slice each croissant into half. Transfer to serving plates.

Evenly spread a thin layer of cream cheese onto the croissant halves.

Lay two to three slices of smoked salmon into each croissant. Season the salmon with 1/8 tsp of black pepper per sandwich.
