- 3 tablespoons dashi broth (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup scallions (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- grated daikon (optional)
- bonito flakes
- soy sauce

Grab a bowl and whisk the eggs.
