- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (I used a mix of crunchy & creamy)
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup sugar free

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter with maple syrup until a smooth dough forms.

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop out small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls.

Place the dough balls on the parchment-lined tray, spaced about 1 inch apart. Flatten gently with a wet or greased fork, creating a crisscross pattern on each cookie.

Bake for 9–10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
