Plum and Almond Crumble

Crumble is one of my favorite desserts! As we are in the middle of the plum season, I decided to make a Plum and Almond Crumble. The combination of plums and almonds is delicious, although subtle, in this recipe.

Butter an ovenproof dish. Then place the plums in such a way that they are tightly packed.

Place the crumble on the plums. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 175°C.

  5. 5

Serve warm or cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
