  • 3 stalks lemongrass
  • 2 teaspoons garlic crushed
  • 2 teaspoons ginger crushed
  • 1 kaffir lime leaf
  • 4 dried chilies
  • 2 chicken brest
  • 200 gram beef sliced
  • 8 cubes fried tofu
  • 8 spring onions cut into 2-inch lengths
  • 8 button mushrooms
  • 8 small onions peeled
  • 1 bunch Asian spinach
  • 150 gram chinese cabbage
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 celery stalks sliced
  • 200 gram glass noodles
  • 200 gram egg noodles

Instructions

    In a large pot, bring the stock to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Add salt, sugar, pepper, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, kaffir lime leaf, and dried chilies.

    Meanwhile, prepare all the ingredients. Slice the chicken, beef, seafood, tofu, vegetables, and noodles into bite-size pieces.

    Arrange all the prepared ingredients on a large serving platter or in separate bowls.

    Place the hot pot of stock in the center of the dining table and keep it simmering.

    Using chopsticks or a slotted spoon, cook the ingredients in small batches in the simmering broth.
