Salami Cream Cheese Sandwich
This salami sandwich literally takes about 5 minutes to put together. It's the perfect lunch for work or school since you can make it the night before.

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 8 oz cream cheese (cold or room temp)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill (fresh or frozen)
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- 8 slices of sandwich bread (we used sourdough)
- 8-10 oz genoa salami
- 4 large leaves of green lettuce
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup green onions, 1/4 cup dill, and press in 1 garlic clove. Mash herbs into the cream cheese.

Spread about 1-2 Tbsp of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.

Top with lettuce and about 6-8 pieces of salami, or to taste.
