Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken
- 200 g Gram Flour
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds (Crushed)
- 1 tsp Crushed Chillies
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
- 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients. Mix well until all the dry and wet ingredients are fully incorporated, forming a smooth and thick marinade.
- 2
Add the chicken to the mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly coated with the marinade. Massage the marinade into the chicken for better absorption of flavours.
- 3
Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the taste and tenderness.
- 4
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- 5
Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
- 6
Remove from heat and serve hot.
