- 500 g Peaches (peeled, pitted, and chopped)
- 150 g Brown Sugar
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 100 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch Salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until translucent.
