- 4 lbs Thinly Sliced Pork Shoulder
- Skewers
- 2 Stalks Lemongrass, Minced
- 2 tbsp Minced Shallots
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Salt and Pepper

Thinly slice pork shoulder, then marinate with minced lemongrass, shallots, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least one hour, but overnight for the best effect

Soak skewers in water for half an hour. Then thread the marinated pork slices onto the skewer ensuring no loose pieces are dangling off the skewer

Grill pork skewers on medium heat (roughly 350-375F) on each side for 7-8 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness. Mine is 1750-180F
