Garlic Cilantro Aioli
Back in 2016, when I was first starting off food Instagram, I met my homie Young Cho, who at the time was running a Korean-Vietnamese-Mexican fusion joint out of a convenience store called Phorale. Phorale was slanging Vietnamese sandwiches with beef bulgogi and Korean fried chicken, egg rolls with spicy pork bulgogi, loaded curly fries,

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 4 stalks Green Onion
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Kewpie Mayo
- Squeeze of Lime
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, add cilantro, green onion, minced garlic, jalapeño, oil, kewpie mayo, and a squeeze of lime

Pulse several times, getting the ingredients loose, then blend until homogenous

Add more oil as necessary to loosen up the sauce to the desired texture
