Ingredients

- 2 Yellow Onions, Diced
- 2 tbsp Neutral Oil (vegetable or canola)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp White Vinegar

Grilled Onions:

Dice 2 large yellow onions into small and even pieces

Heat a pan or skillet to medium-low and add neutral oil. Add diced onions and season with a pinch of salt

Mix well and let the onions gently cook, stirring every couple of minutes to allow them to caramelize slowly. When the onions start to stick, add a tablespoon of water at a time to deglaze, and continue cooking until the water has evaporated. Continue to repeat this process until the onions turn a deep golden brown color

In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated
