Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (or sub with fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
- 4 tbsp maple syrup (or honey or any liquid sweetener you enjoy)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 42 fl oz carbonated water (like club soda or tonic water)
- 10-15 ice cubes (as much as desired)
- lemon slices (optional garnish)
- fresh mint (optional garnish)
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, add fruits, maple syrup and lemon juice and blend until smooth on high speed. This is your fruit syrup.

Pour the fruit syrup into a large pitcher. Add ice cubes, lemon slices and mint (optional).

Pour carbonated water into pitcher and stir. Serve cold and enjoy!
