- 2 lbs shrimp
- 6 green onion
- 1 small shallot
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Prep shrimp by purging in water. Then de-poop the shrimp using a toothpick or skewer, poking it near the tail along the poop track, and lift it out. Then, cut off the rostrum and telson

In a mixing bowl, combine shallot, minced garlic, chicken bouillon, sugar, fish sauce, water, oil, and black pepper. Add shrimp and let that sit in the fridge for ten minutes

Then, add oil and the marinated shrimp to a pan. Let the sauce reduce and caramelize

Cut just the green parts of the green onion into 1-inch pieces, add the pan, and mix well
