- 250 g Bread Flour (Strong White)
- 1 tsp Yeast (Instant)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 150 ml Water (Warm)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Passata
- 1-2 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)
- 100 g Mozzarella Cheese (Sliced)
- 1 handful Basil Leaves (Fresh)
- Salt (To Taste)
- Black Pepper (To Taste)

Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl. Pour in the olive oil and warm water, then stir until the mixture forms a dough.

Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Allow it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour until it has doubled in size.

Heat your oven to 220°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and size.

Spread tomato passata over the pizza base and sprinkle with garlic. Top with mozzarella cheese and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
