  • 4 servings egg to glaze
  • 4 servings castor sugar
  • 8 tablespoons crème fraiche
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 0.5 cup chocolate

    Prick each heart with a fork, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle lightly with some sugar.
