- 28 ounce beef broth
- 0.5 cup carrot
- 0.5 cup celery
- 1 cup wine
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground veal

- 6 servings parmesan cheese
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 slices bacon
- 1.5 cups tomato puree
- 1 cup onion
