3 ingredient Nutella Cookies

- • ¼ cup non fat greek yogurt
- • 1 cup nutella

As the oven preheats, combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and then mix them until smooth with no lumps. The dough should have a shiny appearance.

Next, divide the dough into 12 equal parts and then roll them into balls. They should be slightly bigger than 1 inch each.

Press the dough slightly with your palm to make round discs and then eal any cracked edges with your fingers.

Next, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Place the discs on the lined cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart from each other.

Finally, bake for 10 minutes in the oven. The cookies could be slightly stoft in the center, but they will firm as they cool off over about an hour.
